At NIS, the school bells are chosen by PYP homerooms and MYP/DP advisory classes. This week’s bell was chosen by Mr. Mello’s advisory from last year.
- PYP, MYP, and DP homeroom/advisories submit the bells.
- Bells should be between 15 – 20 seconds long.
- Bells must be from clean songs, including having clean titles. Please do not pick an instrumental part from an explicit song.
- Please check your lyrics to ensure they are appropriate for all ages / community members.
- Please turn off the metronome when exporting from GarageBand.
If you need any help, you can also send the entire song to Miss Keus and explain where you want the bell cut, and she will do it in GarageBand.

Mr. Mello, Mr. Marsh, and Mrs. Moen have the most enthusiastic advisories when it comes to bell submissions, so you need to submit yours fast before they fill the slots!
