Girls’ Open Gym

Don’t forget about Girls Open Gym today!

Are you in Grade 7-12? Are you a girl? Have you ever wondered what it’s like to sink a 3-pointer? To score an “and-1” bucket? Cross-up a defender? Are you curious about what these things are? Well, if you are curious about this, or just want to come out and improve your basketball skills and vernacular (look that one up), come and check out our open gym on Fridays. See the info below:

When: Fridays @ 1515-1615

Where: One of the gyms (look for the one with girls shooting hoops)

Who: Girls in grades 7-12

What: Basketball games and fun drills

Grade 6-10 PHE Swimming Showcase

 

Aim: To showcase your learning from the swimming unit through 3 different activities and survival scenarios in a non-competitive environment.

 

When: Tuesday 27th March 2018 (Day 2)

What next?

  • Check when your showcase is and record somewhere (phone/calendar/write on your hand)
  • Bring your swimming costume, goggles, swim caps, a towel and wear shorts and a house/NIS t-shirt to the pool side
  • Bring an open-mind, risk-taking approach and be ready to show off all that you have learned within the unit
  • If you have any question’s please see your PHE teacher or a member of the Swim team
