Tech Challenge

Massive thanks to everyone for their enthusiasm and effort in the Tech Challenge. As you can see by the results above, it was an almost perfect afternoon for Xuanwu. Points were awarded: 3 points for 1st, 2 points for 2nd, 1 point for 3rd. In the case of a tie, both teams were awarded the first place points.

Congratulations, Xuanwu, Taiping, and Wutaishan.

Touch Rugby on Friday’s

Calling all Grade 8 -12 students and interested staff members to come and play/learn the wonderful game of Touch Rugby/Football.

We are looking to continue the CISSA season for Grade 8 students and build relationships in readiness for possible tournaments and next years ACAMIS team/s.

When: Fridays

Time: 15:15-16:30

Who: Grade 8 – Interested Teachers and all are welcome.

Tech Challenge Today Block 5

All grade 6-10 students, please put your bag in your locker at the beginning of lunch today. BAGS MAY NOT BE BROUGHT TO TECH CHALLENGE SPACES. You will need nothing. At the end of lunch, when the music sounds, please head straight to the area outside the red double doors/ foyer and line up in year levels. One single file line, left to right, grade 6 to year 10. Once your line is ready, your ‘teacher in charge of lines’ will escort you to your space for block 5.

Please gather in your space, listen carefully to the instructions given out by the teachers with you and then battle to the death for the glory of your house! #I’mXuanwufoo#I’maWutaishanfan#It’saTaipingthing#

Important for MAP: All G5-10 Students!!! (and Advisors)

Good Morning,

Students please complete the following steps before your next MAP test:

  1. Please make sure that your Mac’s operating system (OS) is at least OS X El Capitan. You can do this by going to the little Apple in the upper lefthand corner and clicking on “About This Mac” and looking for the information box as pictured below:

2. If it is NOT, you need to upgrade the operating system making sure that it is OS X El Capitan (Version 10.11 see above picture), macOS Sierra (Version 10.12) or macOS High Sierra (Version 10.13):

3. If you are unsure of how to do this or confused by these instructions, please bring it by the IT Offices and we will upgrade it for you.

Advisors/Homeroom teachers please make sure that this happens to ensure a smoother MAP testing session for you and your colleagues.
