On December 13, the provincial CENTER for Disease Control and Prevention provided the risk levels of COVID-19 in all counties across the country：
As of December 13, there are 13 medium-risk areas (involving Hulunbuir City in Inner Mongolia, Chengdu city in Sichuan Province, Mudanjiang city in Heilongjiang Province and Turpan city, Xinjiang Province)：
Medium risk area：
Hulunbuir city in Inner Mongolia（5）：Third Street, fourth Street and fifth Street; Manzhouli North district street, Dongshan Street.
Chengdu, Sichuan（5）：Group 8 of Pidou District’s Pidou street in Taiping Village, And Yongan Village in Tangchang Town. In pineapple community, the status of China railway’s Orville phase II and phase III, as well as Pidu Street’s Pidchi community, is in the state of Pidu District. Chenghua District Cui Jiadian Huadu Yunjingtai Community。
Mudanjiang city, Heilongjiang Province（2）：Suifenhe Qingyun Community, Downtown Dongning community。
Turpan city, Xinjiang Province（1）: Hongdun Community, Gaochang District
Update status on December 13: The risk of Xinghua Street and Nanqu Street in Manzhouli City, Hulunbuir City, Inner Mongolia was reduced from medium to low.
Overseas (with the exception of Macau, which is low risk) are still all high-risk areas.

12月13日，全国有13个中风险地区（涉及内蒙古呼伦贝尔市、四川成都市、黑龙江牡丹江市和新疆吐鲁番市）：
中风险地区：
内蒙古呼伦贝尔市（5）：扎赉诺尔区第三街道，第四街道，第五街道；满洲里市北区街道，东山街道。
四川成都市（5）：郫都区郫筒街道太平村，唐昌镇永安村8组，郫筒街道菠萝社区中铁奥维尔二期、三期，犀浦街道犀池社区二组；成华区崔家店华都云景台小区。
黑龙江牡丹江市（2）：绥芬河市青云小区，东宁市中心社区。
新疆吐鲁番市（1）：高昌区红盾小区。
12月13日更新情况：内蒙古呼伦贝尔市满洲里市兴华街道和南区街道由中风险降低为低风险。
境外（除澳门为低风险外）仍全部为高风险地区。
