Please submit the survey after the drill via NIS Code Blue on 13 December 2021 or by scanning the enclosed QR code.
Please complete the questionnaire by Tuesday, 14 December 2021, all staff members must submit their feedback in the provided survey online.( P.S. survey is open from 11.00AM on Dec.13th until 4.00PM on Dec.14th )
