Winter Concert – 3:15 – 4:45 in the middle music room
- Students come immediately after class, get warmed up / tune, and then immediately go sit in your spot.
- Audience Needed! Please come enjoy a mix of students from grades 1 through grade 12.
Assembly Technical Rehearsal – 2:00 – 4:00 in the PAC
- Block 5: Concert Band, Secondary Choir & Lower Primary Choir Rehearsal from 2:00 – 3:00
- 3:00 – 4:00: Technical rehearsal for Concert Band / Secondary Choir, Clarinet & Piano duet, Pipa & Cello Duet, and 7 of Hearts Rock Band, Mr. Doak, Ms. J.Zhang, Mr. B, Ms. Merino, Mr. Ibanez, & Mr. Brady
- You will leave the technical rehearsal early – as soon as your part is finished
Primary Assembly: 08:00 – 08:40 in the PAC
- Concert Band & Secondary Choir – Arrive at PAC at 07:40 for warm-ups and tuning
- Perform 08:00 – 08:40. As soon as your part is done, go back to advisory.
- Secondary Teachers – Please excuse students for the primary assembly.
Secondary Assembly: 09:00 – 09:40 in the PAC
- All groups arrive at PAC backstage at 08:40 for warm-ups and tuning.
- Return to your seats when your part is finished.
- If you are on stage several times, then please stay backstage.
