1. The staff emails the payment request with bank info (if there is) or credit card payment link to the budget head and fills up a request form later;
2. The budget head emails the approval to Arek, Julia Zhang, and Grace Song;
3. Arek responses to all for approval;
4. Grace processes the payment online;
5. Julia approves it online.
