Dear All,
I am writing this email to inform you that Cigna & CMB’s Shanghai office is open again and you can now start sending the hard copy claim documents to their office from next week.
Please see below rules for online and hard copy documents claim submission:
Claims up to Rmb3,000 – Submit using Perfect Life App or email groupcare@cignacmb.com or send hard copy documents to Cigna’s Shanghai office
Claims up to Rmb3,000-10,000 – Submit using Perfect Life App or send hard copy documents to Cigna’s Shanghai office
Claims above Rmb10,000 – Send hard copy documents to Cigna’s Shanghai office
Please note that if the total claim amount is over Rmb10,000 and if you have multiple fapiaos of an amount smaller than Rmb10,000 (for example – total claim amount is Rmb18,000 and you have two fapiaos of Rmb9,000 each), they cannot be submitted using the App. Cigna will need hard copy claim documents.
