Good morning wonderful colleagues,
We are excited for you to join and support our Secondary Students in showcasing and developing their personal excellence on Wednesday 10th May (08:00-12:00)
An event like this takes a village and we hope you can enjoy the opportunity to collaborate with fellow colleagues and students.
Snacks and drinks will be available during the morning in the drama classroom provided by Ruth
We have finalised the staffing allocation for the morning (attached here) Job Allocations and Descriptions 2023 and we will /have reached out to clarify the jobs (please do not hesitate to come and see us)
Normally with student helpers you will need 2 adult staff running an event and so you could rotate each session between you.
Also find attached the event booklet with ALL information including schedules, job allocation, event descriptions and more, If possible could you save this on your phone/device so that we can limit the printing.
