This is the last week of our 30^th anniversary year of celebration. Along with the end of the 30^th anniversary, we will be phasing out the 30^th branding with refreshed NIS branding that follows our website style. New digital stationery (letterhead, PPT, etc.) along with updated logos, e-signatures, and Brand & Style guide are now available in our NIS Digital HUB in SharePoint: https://www.nischina.org/brand.

What does this mean for you?

Starting this week, please use the updated brand materials in the brand folder.

By October 14

-The 30^th anniversary NIS logo is no longer to be used in new communications

-The updated NIS logos in the brand folder are to be used going forward

Starting now and by the end of Semester 2

-All staff email signatures will need to be updated. Please update yours regardless of the kind you currently have with one in the brand folder. We hope to have 100% implementation of the new e-signatures by the start of semester 2. Please see IT for help with updating your e-signature. Thank you for your understanding and support in this.
