We are hosting our first Primary Open Day for prospective families this morning between 8.30 – 10.10. We will have over 50 parents and children on campus this morning. They will tour the school and attend an information session in LGR1.
Please explain to Primary children so they know this is happening – students are encouraged to greet/welcome visitors if they see them on tour. Groups will not enter classrooms, but may stop outside classes to look at work or listen to information. Thanks!
Please send G3-5 choir members (with their change of clothes) to the PA room by 2:40pm today so they can get changed, warm-up, and practice before the performance.
Could teachers please send the following performers to my office, just before lunch at 12.15 – G3: Ray , G4 Jonah, Michelle, Henry, G5: Amber, Lawrence, Collin, Angel
I will take them to the large music room to explain the set up of this afternoon’s concert and then bring them down to the cafeteria for lunch.
