Winners of the Pfrang Giving Tree Points Contest!

We would like to offer our congratulations to the winning Primary Homeroom and Secondary Advisory groups for their commitment and contributions to last month’s Pfrang Giving Tree Drive.

Primary: Mr. Fielke’s G5 Homeroom

Secondary: Ms. Boucher’s G9 Advisory

Both groups will enjoy pizza parties this week to celebrate their victories.  And to everyone else: remember, there’s always next year!

Please Bring Your MYP Design Productions Home

If you made fantastic products during last semester in Design Center, please come to pick them home before this Thursday. And this Friday, rest of these students products will be available for all community staffs. If you don’t pick them up by the end of this Friday, design center will recycle them.

 

CMB Notice

CMB Qixia Branch will CLOSE on January 28-31, February 2-4 and OPEN on February 1, 2025 during Chinese Lunar New Year.

Any application for telegraphic transfer and foreign currency exchange will NOT be processed at CMB from January 28 to February 4, 2025.

Student Feedback Survey

Dear Teachers,

As mentioned in Monday’s Briefing, it’s time for our Student Feedback Surveys  again.

This week, Weiwei will be sharing a link and QR code for your personalized Student Feedback Survey. Each survey is created specifically for you and will remain confidential, allowing you to individually reflect on your teaching practices. Please rest assured that leaders do not have access to the results and will not be reviewing them. While we require all teachers to participate in this important process, you have the flexibility to decide how to administer it (e.g., which class and which students to include). As a part of developing our professional practice, these surveys provide a valuable opportunity for our students to share their insights and feedback, which can greatly enhance our teaching and learning practices at NIS.

Please ensure that your selected class/students complete the survey by February 21st. Once your students have finished, kindly inform Weiwei, and she will provide you with the results.
