We’d better prepare the housing rental E-request forms, for the upcoming school year, before 31 Jul 2024. However, if the landlord agrees, we may have the option to settle the payment later.
Our esteemed IT Director, Dr. Doak, has facilitated the readiness of training materials, which are now accessible at eRequest (HOSE)

New Form – Request Form Details:
- Title & Description: e.g., “Housing Rental Aug to Sep 2024”
- Budget Department: 03 HR
- Expense Details: Add
- Expense Types:
- Housing Allowance – Teachers’ Housing Allowance
- Salary Deduction – Overpaid Allowance Deduction (if applicable, where the actual amount exceeds the allowance)
- FA PIAO or Invoice, Official Receipt: No Invoice
Preferred Payment Date: e.g., July 25, 2024, for a title such as “Housing Rental Aug to Sep 2024” (Generally, it’s about 5 days before the beginning of the rental period.)
- Payment Method: Local Bank Transfer
- Payee’s Information or Bank Information: Please provide the Payee’s Bank Account Name, Bank Account Number, and Bank Branch Name. If unsure, consult your landlord or contact Grace Song or me for assistance.
Once the first E-request form is completed, you can duplicate it five times, adjusting the Title & Description and Preferred Payment Date as needed.
Please hold off on printing until you receive the email with a printing reminder, as the printed forms need to be complete with all signatures.
