Tuesday 4.30-5.00 PreK Aquatics level2 Small PreK-Grade 1 Build on and improve skills learned in Preschool Aquatics Level 1. The child must be able to submerge under water, float and kick on front/back. 1:5
Tuesday 4.30-5.00 Learn to Swim level 1 & 2 Big K2-Grade 2 Level 1: Establishing rudimentary basic aquatic skills. Is able to move independently in the deep end of the pool.  Level 2: Build on and improve skills learned in Preschool Aquatics Level 1: is able to submerge, push and glide, float and kick on front/back in the deep end. 1:5
Wednesday 4.30-5.00 PreK Aquatics level1 Small PreK-Grade 1 No skill prerequisites.  Familiarization to the aquatic environment while establishing rudimentary basic aquatic skills. 1:5
Wednesday 4.30-5.00 Learn to Swim level 3 – 5 Big Grade 3-5 Is able to swim Freestyle/Backstroke between 15m-25m, knows the basics of a Breaststroke kick 1:8
Wednesday 4.30-5.00 Adult Swim —Improving Skills and Swimming Strokes Big Adults only Must be able to perform strokes that can be recognized as front crawl, breaststroke or back crawl, each for 15m. 1:12
Wednesday 5.00-5.45 Aqua Aerobics Big Adults only Aqua Aerobics is comprised of aerobic exercises performed in shallow water. It typically uses the water as resistance for exercises, it offers a lower risk of injuries to the muscles and joints. 1:15
Saturday 10.00-10.30 Adult Fitness Beginner Big Adults only

Help participants gain basic aquatic skills and swimming strokes.

Teach skills and concepts needed to stay safe in and around water and to help themselves in an emergency.

Saturday 11.30-12.00 Adult Swim —Improving Skills and Swimming Strokes Big Adults only Must be able to perform strokes that can be recognized as front crawl, breaststroke or back crawl, each for 15m. 1:12
