Loud Hallways in the MYP

Hello MYP teachers,

Could we please make sure to keep to the exam schedule and avoid dismissing blocks early? It is a challenge to say on top of the release times, but no doing so is causing noisy corridors while other students are still in the midst of assessment.

Please and Thanks!

Truth and Consequence for Grade 7 Boys

The Truth: A critical mass of boys in Grade 7 have not lived up to our behavior standards in the cafeteria.

The Consequences: Grade 7 boys are NOT permitted on the upstairs level of the Cafeteria until the end of the year. No exceptions.

Thanks to duty teachers for your help!

Grade 2 Fundraiser for Amy Yang

Teachers and Students,

Grade 2 students have started a company called “Let’s 2nate” and we are organizing a yard sale.  We are trying to raise lots of money for Amy Yang to help pay for her surgery.

We would like you to help us by donating things to sell at our yard sale. You can donate books, toys, puzzles or other things that kids might want to buy. You do not need to buy new things, you can send in old things that you do not want anymore and we will sell them to raise the money.

Please make sure that you do not send in things that are broken, very dirty or cannot be used.

Please send donations to any of the Grade 2 classrooms. You can send in as many things as you want.

Our yard sale will be on 4th June 2015 but please send in donations straight away.

Thank you for your help.

Sincerely,

Yannick, Will, Shelby, Max and Alex
