MYP / DP Advisory Groups – Managebac login
We are looking forward to all grade 9, 10 and 11 students making their first login to Managebac. At this stage the following numbers of students have not logged in.
G11 – 9 students; G10 – 24 students; G9 – 36 students
All students should have received an email from Managebac. Search your mail folders to find this email then follow the instructions to log in. If after searching you cannot find the email, please send me an email and tell me. Every journey starts with the first step, including the C&S / CAS journey.

35 small notebooks needed for Discover China trip week
Dear Colleagues, 35 small notebooks are needed for Discover China trip week for students to write field notes and other lesson information. Birthday Cupcakes -September Birthdays
PTA is giving out Birthday Cupcakes Today, Wednesday, at morning break, in the foyer in front of the Library. Happy Birthday all September Babies!
MYP Tech Challenge Results
A fun and exciting Friday afternoon ended with a very tight house race in the MYP Tech Challenge.
The grade 6 winners of the Gliders was Taiping.
The grade 7 winners of the Dominos was Wutaishan.
The grade 8 winners of the Catapults was Wutaishan.
The grade 9 winners of the Rocket Sleds was Wutaishan.
The grade 10 winners of the Tower was Taiping.
Overall Winners of the points from every activity results in a with Wutaishan in first, Taiping in second and Xuanwu in third place. Congratulations to all the students for their participation and enthusiasm.
Inter-House Table Tennis
The Inter-House Table Tennis competitions will take place next week; Grades 9 – 12 on Tuesday lunchtime and Grades 6 – 8 on Wednesday lunchtime. Each House will need a team of two girls and two boys for each of these days. If you are interested in playing in one of these competitions please see your House captains or House leaders as soon as you can.

A representative from IE University will be visiting on Thursday. Please come to the Counsellor’s Office @ 12.50 if you are considering studying in Europe in English!

Science Trolley Missing . . . please help =)
Have you seen a blue trolley like this one. It has gone missing from Steve B’s old room/Dan S new room over the summer and is needed back in the Science department. Please contact Russel or Dan if you have any information. Thank you.
Table Tennis Sign Ups are open
The Table Tennis season starts next week. It is open to students in Gr6 – Gr12. If you are interested in participating, please sign up on veracross and attend the first practice on Tuesday 15th Sep at 4.15pm in Green gym. Practices are Tuesdays at 4.15 – 5.30pm and Fridays 3.15 – 4.30pm. Spaces are limited due to number of tables available so selections will be made.
