Grade 9-11 guinea pigs required – mindfulness exercise
I am preparing an audio mindfulness track, about 8 minutes long, designed to help MYP/DP students prepare for their school day. I’d really like a handful of students to come by my office and take a copy of it and commit to listening to it each morning for a week. I’d then like some feedback from you about what worked well and what you would have preferred more or less of.

Based on your feedback, I hope to prepare a number of other recordings for specific areas of student life – exam stress, friendship issues etc.

Hello Again to students in Grades 7-11,
During today’s Life 101 Block you will have grade level meetings in the following locations:
-Grade 6-Regular classes
-Grade 7-Meet in the Drama classroom
-Grade 8-Meet in the PAC foyer
-Grade 9-Personal Project launch in the Music Room
-Grade 10-Work Experience Week prep in the MYP LGR
-Grade 11-Study Session in the Diploma Lounge (TBC)
-Grade 12-Literally at 7-11… um, I mean studying.
