In order to get the Yellow Form (Facility Request Form) system working properly, I would like to suggest that you write your name and location (room number) on the form in clear handwriting and in capital letters, This will make it easier to process your request quickly, identify the initiator of the request and ensure that the maintenance issues are dealt with rapidly.

I have a few spare spaces for the first aid training planned for January 21st and several spots on April 29th. If you would like to take advantage of these sessions please let me know. Also please note that there will not be any first aid training for Discover China trip leaders until next school year. In addition if you plan to coach a sport next year you must have first aid training.

If you would like to apply to attend the ACAMIS conference being hosted here at NIS on March 10th and 11th 2017 please apply to the PD committee using the PD application form in the Staff Folder.
