According to the recent spread of the COVID19, we hereby update and emphasize access management for personnel entering NIS.
1, Access Control Updates
NIS Staff & Students: (1) Temperature check (2) Must wear School Badge
NIS Parents: (1) Temperature check (2) SuKangMa (3) School Badge, (Any parent who need to go beyond the Centre access gates shall be approved by SET/Kasson)
Other NIC member: (1) Temperature check (2) SuKangMa (3) Green Travel Code (At present, access only for “Baby group” activity)
Visitors & Suppliers & Maintenance Personnel: Need to raise a request through Facility Centre (facility@nanjing-school.com) with a subject: Visitor Request.
Below information should be Included in the content:
o Visiting Schedule(time)
o NIS main contact person
o Visitor’s name and contact information
- Plus: (1) Temperature check (2) SuKangMa (3) Green Travel Code (4) ID card / Passport Registration at the school main gate.
We will also check NIC members and visitors’ travel history at school main gate according to the risk areas announced by the government. For those who has travel history in risk areas during the period will not be allowed to enter into school.
