To support in welcoming students and helping them find their class

• One HR teacher and one TA from each grade to be in the lobby at 7.45am to collect students and direct them to class
• All non-HR Mandarin speaking staff, please be in the lobby to assist as needed
• All – please lookout for any students who seem unsure of where they are going and walk them to class as needed

Parents will pick up primary students from the Green Gym this afternoon.

All HR teachers please arrive at the gym by 2.30pm. Class signs will be posted so you know where to sit.

Parents will enter the gym to collect their children. Remind students to say goodbye to you as they leave – they should not leave with parents without you seeing them.

Students in Grades 3-5 whose parents have sent written permission for them to walk home can be farewelled directly  from classrooms and exit out the main lobby door. They do not need to come to the gym.

Bus riders should be escorted to the bus in Grade level groups. As this might be the first time for them to ride the bus, please ensure all students know their bus number and get on the correct bus.

NAT testing is available this morning from 9:00-10:30am in the Blue Gym for all staff and NIS staff children. Many thanks to our Operations and Facilities teams for their efforts. Please also be advised that we will conduct whole-school testing on Wednesday in line with government regulations for the start of school. Say “Aaahhh!”

Our first Monday Briefing of the school year will happen today at 10:30am in the Staff Lounge. Please note the time adjustment to support NAT testing. See you there!
