Ultimate Frisbee is a fun, fast-paced game where you get to run, throw, and catch a flying disc with your friends (Activity) . It teaches teamwork and fairness, as players make their own calls without referees.
This could be the Activity you need for your CAS if you are in Grade 11 or 12. If this is new to you…you could achieve the outcome “challenge and new skills” or “ethics” because there is no referee.
NISSAC is looking for people from grade 9-10. We organize events at NIS, such as Sports Awards Evening, Sports Competitions and more. The meetings are every Wednesday during lunch 2. NISSAC counts as CAS, volunteering, and it looks good on your resume. You can also use it for one of your GCD stories. If you are interested in applying for NISSAC, please scan this QR code.
