The following is the updated brief protocol for access management and is an important part of keeping our campus safe.
1, Access Control Updates
u NIS Staff & Students: (1)Temperature check (2) School ID Card （wear properly for easy identification）
u NIS Parents & other NIC members: (1)Temperature check (2) SuKangMa and Travel code (3) School ID Card
u Visitors (including Suppliers & Maintenance Personnel): Need to raise a request through Facility Centre(facility@nanjing-school.com) with a subject: Visitor Request.
**Below information should be Included in the content**
o Visiting Schedule(time)
o NIS main contact person
o Visitor’s name and contact information
- Plus: (1)Temperature check (2) SuKangMa(3) Green Travel Code & (4) ID card / Passport Registration at the school main gate.
Only Visitors who have Green SuKangMa and Travel Code can enter into the campus. For those who have a star mark on travel code or travel history outside JiangSu within 14 days, an additional 48 hours valid NAT test report is also required.
2, Parking updates
- No Parking for parents, temporary parking only for pick up & drop off.
- Parking needs for visitors shall be included in the Visitor request.
