Mindfulness in Grades 5-8

Hi guys!
Are you in grade 5,6,7,8? Perfect!  We are Ines, Lena and Daphne from Grade 8. We are doing our mini PPP, and have decided to hold Mindfulness and Yoga lessons.  Doing mindfulness and yoga helps you look at your decisions from a non-biased point of view. It also helps your body and mind to come together and helps you be the “best you” you can be. This goes for your family and social lives too!
If you want to learn how to be more mindful and de-stress, you can come to our Mindfulness and Yoga lessons on:
Tuesday 26 Jan, Friday 29 Jan, Monday 1 Feb, and/or Friday 5 FEB. Tuesdays from 2:45-3:15 and Fridays 3:15-4:00 on the top floor of the Centre (old art room).  The lessons will cost only 10 RMB. A small price to pay to change your life!
If you are interested, please email Ines Chellali (ineschellali@nanjing-school.com).
