Dear Amazing NIS Staff,
The PTA is hosting their annual event, Autumn Fest on Friday, October 20 from 6:00-8:00pm in NIS Courtyard. The PTA is a Parent Teacher Association are looking for staff volunteers to help us provide an entertaining evening for the NIS community.
Volunteer opportunities are:
– Front Entrance: 5:30-6:30
In the past, the Rinker’s have held this post and all the kids entered our event with BIG smiles on their faces seeing their teachers dressed up. We would like 2 teachers who can dress up in a costume and greet the students when they arrive. Who wants to fill this role this year?
– Food/Drink: 6:00-8:00
– Games/Activities: 6:00-8:00
We appreciate all and any staff who can contribute their time for this family friendly spook-tacular event.
Thank you,
Chanley Webber
The Autumn Fest Committee
