Please sign up as soon as possible for your volunteering experience.

In case you didn’t know, students in grades 6-10 must complete at least ONE experience and write it up on ManageBac before Dec 15th at 4pm

Last spring, a group of students made these beautiful clay pottery on their WUXI DISCOVER CHINA trip. They were recently sent to us.

After Tuesday, 1pm they are free to a good home!

Volunteering Reminders – October 31st

There are TWO different volunteering experiences taking place on Sunday, October 31st. There are volunteers for the PTA and volunteers with the Student Council.

Please make sure you report to the correct group.

All volunteers (PTA and SC) must purchase a ticket. Tickets are only 50 rmb and this entitles you to some food and drink. Tickets will be on sale in the Centre Foyer before school.

Grade 9 MAP Testing Today and Tomorrow!

Hello Gnarly Nines,

Your Reading MAP test is happening today from 8:00am in the LGR. Please bring along a charged laptop and a positive mental attitude. The data we gather from this assessment will help us best support your learning and reflect all of your hard work. Mr. Bratton will take your Block One attendance there, so no need to go to Block One today.

Community Activities

Gentle Reminders:

  • Autumn MAP Assessments take place on the 3rd floor of The Centre from Oct.19th to Oct. 22nd in room H302A & H302B. All community activities in these two rooms have been CANCELLED accordingly.

All community activities in room H301 please shut down your cellphone, no music.

  • There is still a payment open for the Community Activities you and your kid signed in. Please come to cashier this week to collect payment slips and pay for your or your kid’s lessons. CASH ONLY.

CASHIER OPENING HOURS:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8.00-11.30 & 12.30-16.00

Tuesday and Thursday: 12.30-16.00

  • Students Learn to Swim activity: Please be noted that only the names on the list at the cashier can join the class.
  • Soccer NIFC K2-G12: There are still seats available for this activity.  Practices are on Saturdays morning from 10.00 to 12.00 starting from this weekend. The coaches will split students in grades. Above G4 and below. Then a quick warmup, practice soccer basis (passes, ball control), some activities simulating the game (shoutout, moves), and then 30min fun game.
