NIS Secondary Student Council

Secondary Student Council

Thanks to the 30+ students who came to our first Student Council meeting this past Monday. We had an overwhelming turn out of students and hope to involve as many people as possible but due to the large nature of the group, we may need to limit the number of students per grade level. We will make that determination once we have a final list of students who are interested in being a part of the group.

So, if you have not yet signed up for Student Council, please sign up using this link.

Thanks so much!

(Please see Melissa, Mariana and/or Ms. Beck with any questions)

Classroom Visits This Week

This week you might see Ms. Clarke, Ms. Patrick, Ms. Zhang, Dr. Doak, and Mr. Bratton popping into classrooms a filming around campus. This is because we are hosting a virtual visit from our friends at the Council of International Schools (CIS) and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC).

There is nothing you need to do differently. In fact, just being your usual, wonderful selves is all that is required. Please try to ignore the filming and remain focused on your learning as we roam about this week (your teachers will appreciate it!).  Thanks!
