Swimming pool office: updated guidelines

Dear NIS community member,

To improve our student safety protocols, we are implementing new guidlines around the swimming pool office.

Students (PK-G10) can only visit the office before and after school. All students are advised to stay on school campus during the day and should not use the glass gates unsupervised. The swimmig pool office is located outside of this boundary, so it is only available for a visit before or after school.

When students (PK-G10) have a swimming class, the pool and the pool office can only be entered using the changing rooms. Students can’t enter the pool through the aquatics office.
If a student needs to borrow any type of equipment, they first need to go through the changing room, take off their shoes and socks and come to the office next to the learner pool.

Parents and G11&G12 students can visit the office during working hours.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

Need help getting access to POE on your Laptop?

Please reach out if you are someone who would like assistance with getting access to POE on your laptop.

From the survey on Tuesday it sounds like there are people who are eager to dive in and try it out, but whom are having difficulty getting access to POE for one reason or another.  Send me a WeChat message or email or just call out in the corridor,  I’d love to come and help you get set up and running.

Otherwise you can check out this short 2 min video on how to get access to POE.
