We still need more student volunteers to help run the games for the PTA Autumn Festival on Sunday, October 29. Sign up now on Schools Buddy. There are two shifts:

Shift One  2:30-4:30

Shift Two 4:15 – 6:15

Volunteers also need to purchase a ticket because when you’re not volunteering, you can have fun at the event! They are on sale in the Centre Lobby in front of the swimming pool.

If you have questions about helping to run the games, see Ms. Moen in D242.

The PTA will be selling tickets for the Autumn Festival in the Centre Foyer in the morning and afterschool -please remember to get one before we go on trip week! It will be a great event!

Remember all volunteers still need to buy a ticket!

The PTA needs a lot more volunteers for help with games and stalls for the autumn festival -please sign up for this on schools buddy 

This sign up is NOT for the  haunted house as we have enough volunteers, but if you want to be involved there are plenty of jobs to do so please sign up to help!

For students and staff with birthdays in October, cupcakes will be available for Primary and EY students in the EY soft play area and in front of the cafeteria for Secondary students.

The autumn festival tickets will be  on  sale in the main centre foyer for secondary students to buy  BEFORE trip week!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are helping/volunteering  with the event  you still need to buy a  ticket -PLEASE don’t forget to buy one!

Due to the maintenance period of the new winter grass, the PAC grass will be off-limits to access until Oct 8th, the end of National holiday. Please direct the students to the alternative areas on campus. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello NIS Students,

When we return from the October break we will have 13 visitors on campus for a week, taking a look at our school and helping us make it even better. These visitors work with the three organizations that accredit NIS.

• Council of International Schools (CIS)
• Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC)
• International Baccalaureate (IB)

You will see them around campus, in classes, and in meetings with your peers, teachers, and families. Please be sure to say “Hello!, welcome them to campus, and answer any questions they might ask. They are really looking forward to seeing you in action!
