SCISAC Soccer@NIS – C&S / CAS Opportunity

On Tuesday at 0800 signups will open for the SCISAC Soccer event at NIS. Thirty helpers are needed over Thursday, Friday and Saturday. In total over these 3 days there are 8 sessions and you will be required to help in 3 or 4 of these sessions. If you are available on all of these three days then please sign up on Veracross. There will be a meeting with Ms Weatherly at lunchtime on Tuesday 27th Oct in the Blue Gym to decide what sessions you will help in. The event will be held on:
Thu 12th : 3pm – 7pm
Fri 13th : 8.30am – 7pm
Sat 14th : 8am – 7pm

Well done!

Congratulations to teachers for reducing their printing in September by 32% compared to September of last year. It is almost 16,000 RMB less than last month too. And well done to students for cutting their printing by 13% relative to September 2014. Onwards and greenwards! Thank you, from the Eco team.

That’s right! Homework Club is a go for today (Monday)! Get over those “Discover China Week is finished” blues in style!

If you need help, a variety of teachers will be there to assist you on your assignments, help you prepare for assessments, and basically work with you on anything else you are confused about in the Learning Support area at 3:15.

Pfrang Day Thanks

Very many thanks to everyone involved in helping to make Pfrang Day another successful event.  We couldn’t do it without you. Thanks to you, our students will continue to receive an education, giving them greater opportunity in the future.

 Today during Extended Advisory we will take a short, but important survey, then meet in grade-level groups in preparation for Discover China. Please see the link in the bulletin from Ms. Kris and Mr. Langston, complete the survey in Advisory, then head to the locations below.

Inter house Volleyball Results

Well done to everyone who took part in the Inter house Volleyball yesterday. It was a great event with some entertaining sport and close competition.

Congratulations to the winners: Xuanwu!

Results were as follows:

1st Xuanwu – won 4 lost 0

2nd Wutaishan – won 2 lost 2

3rd Taiping – won 0 lost 4
