Hopeful Hearts Bake Sale in school on Thursday

The Hopeful Hearts Charity will be selling snacks at break and lunch time in the foyer at school this Thursday 8th February.

This event will link with Valentines Day on 14th February (when we are on holiday), and help us to remember the children that are supported with life changing heart surgery.

All items will be RMB10

Do not forget to bring in your pocket money to support this event.

Grade 8 Humanities Trip March 1st

Dear Teachers of Grade 8,

The Grade 8 Humanities Teachers are planning to take all of Grade 8 to the Nanjing Massacre Museum on Thursday March 1st, Day 8. We will leave after break and return by 3pm. Please let me know by Wednesday if you have any concerns with the timing of this trip. Many thanks, Ruth.

TEDxYouth@NIS

TEDxYouth@NIS is on March 3rd from 3-6pm. Faculty, staff and students in grades 9-12 are welcome.

This year, we are advertising the event outside NIS, which means we could have a sold out theatre. If you’d like to attend, make sure to reserve your ticket as soon as possible by completing this form. The week before the event, you will receive your invite with payment information. Tickets are 50¥.
