Information from the CMB: about update passport or expert card

Account opening certificate (passport) renewal process for teachers of international school:

(I) There are two situations where the client renews passport information at the branch in person:

  1. The client can go to Xianlin Sub-branch for handling the renewal formalities with the old and new passports. In this way, the client can save time. The client is advised to adopt this method;
  2. If the old passport is returned or lost, the client can go to the branch for renewal with the new passport;

As passport number renewal affects the use of Personal Internet Banking Service Professional Edition, please carry UKEY to the counter for renewing it together with the passport number (carry UKEY only if it is required).

(II) Renewal of Expert Certificate of clients into Expert Card

Xianlin Sub-branch will design its own format for record documents (sticky notes) and attach it to the back of the client’s passport so that the teller handling the foreign exchange purchase business may record each purchase data. Please cooperate on keeping it. Thank you.

Your feedback is welcomed for any problem. Thank you.

Discover China Grade 12 – student feedback wanted

Dear seniors,

We are in the last stages of preparing the itinerary for your Discover China trip in May. We would like some feedback from you before we make final arrangements. Please stop by room D204 (Mr Mello’s Biology lab) and write your comments on the wheeled whiteboard. There are two potential itineraries shown.

These will stay up until Wednesday, August 23rd.

Looking forward to your input!

Mr. Mello and the DC12 team.

Guess what!?!?

The legendary, incredible, helpful, and super awesome club is opening again.

Which club?

Homework Club!

Every Monday and Wednesday from 3:15-415 in the LSS area (c142) teachers will be ready to help you with projects, homework, studying, and organizing your life! You don’t need to sign up, and all grade 6-12 students AND teachers are welcome to come!

Come check it out!

School Bells

Once again, it’s time to submit your bells for the year! If you would like to hear 15 seconds of your favourite song for a week, then please submit your suggestion to your advisory / homeroom, and then to student large storage. The bell schedule will be finalised by the 1st of September; bells will be scheduled by the Performing Arts Council.

Here’s some info:

  • appropriate for all levels of the school (even if it’s the instrumental part, but everybody knows the rest of the naughty song!)
  • 15 seconds long
  • Have a nice fade in and fade out (if possible)
  • Be in MP3 format
  • If you make your bell unique (a.k.a. annoying) on purpose, it may not last week week (Mr. WW!).
  • Bells must be placed in “Student Large Storage / School Bells” and in a folder with your advisory teacher’s name; multiple bell suggestions are very welcome.

If you need any help with cutting the bell (in GarageBand), you can contact Miss Keus for help.

AUDITIONS LUNCH TODAY

A reminder that auditions for ‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ will be held at lunchtime in the theatre today and tomorrow.

Good luck to those auditioning and please don’t be late 🙂

They learn’t lots of new games to be played on the grass and balance beams and have been encouraged to teach their friends from other classes. We would love to encourage more students to enjoy this area. If teachers are interested in learning some new outdoor games please contact me.
