Weekly Bulletin Submissions
Dear All,
WEEKLY BULLETIN MATERIAL – ARTICLES and POSTERS
Important information for all new staff and reminder for others. The first edition will be this Friday 17th August.
All material for our Weekly Bulletin is submitted via the Daily Bulletin using the box in the very top right hand corner called “Weekly Bulletin”
The bulletin is published mid afternoon on Fridays on the website and via Veracross to all parents and staff. It is a public document and checked by Laurie each week.
The deadline for submission is 12 noon on Wednesdays. If you have a problem with this please let Sue know as soon as possible. Important information is translated into Korean and Chinese. If you are not sure if this applies to your article ask Sue or Kasson.
There are two options : Weekly Bulletin and Banner/Poster. Instructions on each are contained in the drop down box.
The poster part relates to the information that is loaded on the hi-tec screen in the Centre Foyer near the Reception Counter. All other items are displayed throughout the week on the screen next to the PTA Shop. There is a hard copy in the school foyer by the entrance to the Cafeteria.
In order for us to edit or update please submit your entries in Word.
We do not allow any family names of students. First names only. We also observe strict guidelines on use of student photos. If you need clarification see Ruth.
If you have any problems submitting files, address any technical issues to : help@nanjing-school.com
Thanks for your support

Luckily, the sign on the door speaks for itself!
A picture is worth 1,000 (slightly contradictory) words.
Thanks for your help!

New MS/US school students – Discover China Choice
New G6-11 students please tell me your Discover China trip choice by the end of this week. Please discuss the options with your Advisory group / Teacher or come and see me if you have any questions.
PS break times outside today
The weather has cooled down a little so we will go with a full outdoor lunch break today. Please remind your students:
- The Green Gym is open at 1:20 (NOT 1:10, therefore the students must go outside for 10 minutes before going to the gym).
- The library is closed to PS as we do not have duty cover in there yet.
If you are not on duty, please support the students by reminding them to stay outside during break times. Discuss possible break time activities in class with your students. Thanks!
House Captains
If you are enthusiastic, passionate and willing to lead your house in the house competition this year please contact your house leaders. We need at least 1 girl and 1 boy from G6-8 and 1 boy and 1 girl from G9-12 for each house. Your role would be to organise teams, attend house competitions and cheer on your house.
