Hello Grade 6/7 XBlockers,
Please check in with your Advisors about your working location for your current XBlock adventure. Please be sure the location is correct in the all-important spreadsheet. Your Advisors have access and are ready to help. Once confirmed, this is the space to report to every XBlock that is not Advisory, Life 101, or a Super Session (stay tuned for these!).
Also, for today… All Grade 6 students are working with ZZK in the MS/US LGR during Block Three. Grade 7 students should report to their work space (see above) or to Life 101 with Ms. Bezzerides. Thanks and X-on!
Hello Again Poets,
Grades 8 (Blocks 1 & 2), 6 (Blocks 3 & 4), and 11 (Block 5 TOK) will have the pleasure of working with ZZK today! All sessions are in the MS/US LGR.
Didgeri-do yourself a favor and bring along a pen, some paper, and an open mind!

“Inside us, is a heart…
Inside us is where change starts.”
Good morning,
As you know, we are hosting ACAMIS Touch Rugby from this Friday morning through to Saturday afternoon. See schedule attached.
Our NIS Lions would love to be cheered on by our students and community. MS and US Teachers, if you would like to take your class out on Friday, please send me (Arden) a quick note to let me know what time and which grade. This is to avoid having the students in any given grade inadvertently out of class for multiple periods.

After the assembly ZZK will have a short session with Grade 5 and an extended double block with Grade 10, both in the MS/US LGR. See the schedule below and Enjoy!

TEDxYouth@NIS is happening on March 3rd, 2018 at Nanjing International School. Our goal is to provide a platform where the people of Nanjing can share their ideas worth spreading in either English or Mandarin.
Our speakers last year shared their path to forgiveness, challenged our perception of the hijab, showed us the beauty of dissonant sounds, and much more. You can check out last year’s TEDxYouth@NIS talks here.
If this sounds like you or someone you know, write to us at tedx@nanjing-school.com.
We hope to hear from you!
