On December 15, the provincial CENTER for Disease Control and Prevention provided the risk levels of COVID-19 in all counties across the country：

As of December 15, there were 15 medium-risk areas across the country (including Hulunbuir, Inner Mongolia; Chengdu, Sichuan; Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang; and Turpan, Xinjiang):

Medium risk area:

Hulun Buir City, Inner Mongolia (5) : Third Street, fourth Street and Fifth Street, Jalainur District; Manzhouli North district street, Dongshan Street.

Chengdu, Sichuan (5): Group 8 of Pidou District’s Pidou street in Taiping Village, And Yongan Village in Tangchang town. In pineapple community, the status of China Railway’s Orville phase II and phase III, as well as Pidu Street’s Pidchi community, is in the state of Chengdu. Chenghua District Cui Jiadian Huadu Yunjingtai Community.

Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang (4) : Qingyun Community, Hairong Fuhuayuan Community and Railway Complex building of Locomotive Depot, Suifenhe City; Dongning City Center community.

Turpan, Xinjiang (1) : Hongdun Community, Gaochang District.

December 15 update: The railway complex building in Hairong Fuhuayuan Community and locomotive depot in Suifenhe, Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang has been upgraded from low risk to medium risk.

Overseas (with the exception of Macau, which is low risk) are still all high-risk areas.

12月15日，全国有15个中风险地区（涉及内蒙古呼伦贝尔市、四川成都市、黑龙江牡丹江市和新疆吐鲁番市）：
中风险地区：
内蒙古呼伦贝尔市（5）：扎赉诺尔区第三街道，第四街道，第五街道；满洲里市北区街道，东山街道。
四川成都市（5）：郫都区郫筒街道太平村，唐昌镇永安村8组，郫筒街道菠萝社区中铁奥维尔二期、三期，犀浦街道犀池社区二组；成华区崔家店华都云景台小区。
黑龙江牡丹江市（4）：绥芬河市青云小区、海融富华苑小区、机务段铁路综合楼；东宁市中心社区。
新疆吐鲁番市（1）：高昌区红盾小区。
12月15日更新情况：黑龙江牡丹江市绥芬河市海融富华苑小区、机务段铁路综合楼由低风险调升为中风险。
境外（除澳门为低风险外）仍全部为高风险地区。
