Month: March 2021

Parents, Staff and Students!!!  As mentioned in Friday’s assembly, during the month of April compete with other households for a chance at a grand prize.  The winning household is the one that uses the least amount of power per person during the whole month of April.  We’re hoping to raise awareness and instill energy saving habits.   Only one entry per household, so talk to your parents, brothers, sisters, daughters, cousins, nieces nephews.

Sign-up here or using the QR code and we will send more information about the registration process.
Sign-up closes on March 30th

The following trips have a biking activity:

  • Chongming
  • Lin’an

  • Moganshan

If you can’t ride a bike comfortably for 15 – 25 km yet, please email Ms Anna. We will run a “learning to ride” workshop on campus to give you the chance to ride with confidence. We will practice after school for 30 minutes once or twice a week.

You could use this experience for your GCD – Personal Goal, Wellness or as a CAS Activity.

Toilet Paper Drive

NIS has been working with Ting Ting School for more than 8 years. The children at Ting Ting school have hearing impairments and some other disabilities. When we work with Ting Ting children, we organise games and other activities and this helps them develop social skills.

They rely on donations from the Community. We have decided to have a TOILET PAPER DRIVE because it’s light, easy to transport and everyone has it at home.

From Monday the 15th – Friday the 26th, please drop off your roll of wrapped toilet paper in the designated boxes in the Centre Foyer and in the Library Foyer. We are asking each student and teacher to donate just one roll or one pack of toilet paper.

Thank you.
