Student Council – Voice and Choice Committee
Over the course of the past semester, our committee has been working on the issue of lunch pricing and food quality. After conducting survey on school lunch with the MS/US student body, we shared the results of the survey (and all of your valuable feedback) with Chartwells.
We collected 97 responses in total. In general, people were satisfied with the quality, quantity, and the variety of food. We also discussed areas with negative feedback with Chartwells, particularly on high pricing of lunch.
Moving forward:
We welcome any further suggestions for improvement to school lunch. Please feel free to contact any member of Student Council or our supervisors Ms. Chen and Ms. Beck.

Hello Middle School Students,
A friendly reminder that when we have an indoor break, you need to stay inside as well.
Frequent asked questions
Why? Because there is no adult supervision outside at that time. We care about your safety.
How do I know it’s indoor break? Besides the driving rain/snow/thunder/ lightning/zombies/scorching heat/high PM2.5 reading, the absence of other students and teachers is a good visual indicator.
Many thanks for your cooperation.
Dear Gr10 Korean Students,
Please be informed that at block 5 today (Tuesday, Mar 2), please go to MS/US LGR (large group room) instead of Korean A classroom.
The library will be a quiet zone from today through next Tuesday to allow a space for 12th grade students to study and revise.
Please take conversations outside of the library during break and lunch.
We will need 2 student Volunteers for each shift on Saturday, 6th March Swim Meet.
1st shift: 8:30 – 11:30am
2nd shift: 11:30am – 1:30pm
Please sign up via Veracross.
Thanks.
Please can ALL CISSA Track and Field students meet in the blue gym today!
In our unit about Technology Use, grade 10 Spanish students are investigating how teenagers (MS/US) use their mobile phones, and we need your help.
If you have done it before, please fill in this survey, so we can gather data to write a report about this topic. It will take you no longer than two minutes.
You can also scan the QR code below to complete the survey. Gracias.
