There  does not seem to be swimming for University in The Netherlands , however there is a famous swim club:

Depending on the age and to which group the swimmer belongs to, the number of training sessions is determined.It is possible to train at least 8 times a week with a maxium of 10. In addition, there are land and strength training courses

PSV Swimming has traditionally been one of the leading clubs in the Netherlands and has delivered multiple Olympic and world champions. Well-known swimmers such as Pieter van den Hoogenband, Inge de Bruijn, Marcel Wouda, Hinkelien Schreuder, Inge Dekker and Marleen Veldhuis have laid the foundation for their success at PSV. PSV was the first club in the Netherlands to set up a professional swimming team in the mid-1990s. The National Swimming Institute Eindhoven (NZE) was driven by successful coaches such as Jacco Verhaeren and Marcel Wouda and has been the base of what is now the high performance center of the KNZB.
