Managebac Level III

Managebac Training

Managebac Level III training will be offered today and Wednesday from 1300 in D218. (Note: You must complete Level II training and the accompanying quiz in order to take Level III). We will be offering a couple more of these sessions next week before we finish.

The instructional portion of the training will be around 20-30 minutes, but Cindy and Joe will be available for the duration of the lunch break to answer questions and facilitate deeper dives. All MS/US teachers must attend at least one session prior to the end of the school year (and before taking any other levels of Managebac training). Level III will cover the following:

Communications – an overview and light dip into how messaging works in Managebac in terms of communicating with students, parents and teachers (a bit different than Veracross).

Teachers will be able to:

  1. Send Task reminders
  2. Send Grade posting notifications
  3. Send Year Group notifications
  4. Understand the difference between notifications and sending email notices
  5. Understand what messages look like from the Student and Parent side

We look forward to hosting you in D218 at 1300! Special thanks to Danny for the use of his classroom.
