Student Office Hours Grades 6 – 12

And they’re back! Every Monday between 3.15 and 4.15 teachers are in their classrooms ready to help you out.

Do you have a question about an assignment? Do you want help with Extended Essay, Personal Project or an IA? Do you want some extra practice on something you were learning in class? Do you want to discuss any part or piece of your learning? Then Student Office Hours are for you.

What do you do?

You just need to go to the classroom where your teacher is based and they will be available to talk to you and help you out. You don’t need an appointment or to ask if it is OK. How cool is that?

Grade 10 meeting at break

Welcome back, Grade 10!

Please head to the LGR at the beginning of break for a short meeting with Ms. Ham (and, no, you’re not in trouble!).

Upper School Dining Options

Welcome back to campus, Upper School learners.

From today onwards, you have the option to dine in either the Centre Cafe or the cafeteria.

  • Grade 12: You’re free to dine in either lunch 1 or lunch 2, in either location
  • Grade 11: Lunch 1 in the café or lunch 2 in the cafeteria
  • Grade 10: Lunch 2 in either the Centre Cafe or the main cafeteria

The option to lunch off-campus (Grade 11 and 12) remains unavailable until further notice.

Week 9 – Lunch 1 Blue Gym

Hi MS/US students,

Day 4 – Badminton (Grade 9-12) Volleyball

Day 5 – Indoor Football (All)

This is due to the high demand for space and interest in these activities.

YOU will be responsible in setting up/putting equipment away and looking after everything (some damage has happened recently to badminton racquets)

If this does not work then the blue gym will NOT be available for use by the MS/US students until further notice.

Please support your community with this new arrangement and you are always welcome in the gym to socialise and be physically active.
