Language Acquisition

Don’t limit your ELL/English B students’ access to authentic, “advanced” materials (like library books or magazines) in the belief that these materials are too “hard” for them. If materials are interesting, students at all levels will be able to use them to learn English.

Use the last five minutes of a lesson to get your students to tell you what they learned as a result of the lesson. Write down the students’ responses so that all can benefit. Students can copy what you write on the chart . You can leave the chart up for it to serve as a reminder. You can then save it and refer to it whe you review the work.

Scrooge!

Reminder to any cast or crew who has not yet handed their signed Production Camp  parent letter in to do so now. You will not be able to stay for the Production Camp without this letter given in. See myself or Ms Philip if you have a problem with this.
